How to Play Zendesk Match 3

Getting started with Match 3 takes seconds to learn:

 

1. Find two adjacent tiles. Tiles next to each other (up, down, left, or right) can be swapped.
2. Swap them. Tap or swipe one tile onto a neighbouring tile.
3. Make a match. If the swap lines up 3 or more tiles of the same type in a row or column, they'll clear from the board.
4. Watch the board refill. Cleared tiles are replaced automatically as new tiles fall into place from above.
5. Keep going! If a swap doesn't create a match, the tiles will swap back — no harm done, just try a different move.

 

Tip: If you're ever unsure whether a swap will work, look for tiles that already have two matching neighbors nearby — that's usually your fastest match.

 

 

No valid moves left? Don't worry - if the board ever reaches a state where no possible swap can create a match, it will automatically reshuffle so you can keep playing.
